Delivery Policy
We will always endeavour to send out your order in the quickest possible time. For UK deliveries we send out all products by first class mail and for overseas using first class airmail. We package all products in appropriate packaging to protect the beautiful and delicate nature of our products.
The delivery times quoted reflect the fact that most of our products are handmade and often individually created for SOTO.
3-5 days: these products are sent from our stock held in the UK.
10-14 days: these products are sent from our stock held in Thailand.
6-8 weeks: Includes; products that are held in stock in Thailand but must be sent by sea, items that are currently out of stock and which, because of the hand crafted nature of many of our products, will take time to make and send.
12-16 weeks: all furniture is made to order and to ensure the appropriate time and care is taken to make the product and to protect it during the delivery process, all the way from Thailand to your door, we quote a 12-16 week timescale.
Please note: All goods remain the property of SOTO until paid for.
Cancellation Policy
We endeavour to despatch ordered goods immediately after an order is confirmed. Therefore, once an order is made it can not be cancelled. The terms of our returns policy, as set out below, then apply.
Returns policy
Own purchase: We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return any non-furniture item after you have received your goods you can return it within 7 days for a full refund, providing you have proof of purchase, the product has not been used and is in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund in the same method payment was made.
Gift purchase: After you have received your gift you can return any non-furniture item within 7 days for an exchange providing the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.
Furniture: Once delivery has been taken refunds and exchanges can only be given in accordance with your statutory rights. You have up to 7 days after taking delivery to inform us you require a refund. Please contact us by any method on our "Contact Us" page.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the above.
