Made in Burma sometime during the early part of the 20th Century, this loveseat has been carefully restored and refinished and would be a highlight in a conservatory or hallway. The elegant curvaceous design is the result of the Art Deco influence on furniture making which peaked during the 1920's. Rangoon was a centre for the production of this kind of furniture because of the availability of teak and other desirable woods.

Original teak with replacement rattan seat and back.
